How Joe compares
Six honest comparisons. Each one starts with what the other product does better, because a comparison that finds no strengths in the alternative is an advert, not a comparison.

Questions about these comparisons
How do you keep these comparisons fair?
Each one names where the other product is genuinely stronger before it argues for Joe. They are compiled from the vendors’ own public documentation and pricing pages, and we would rather you read an honest comparison and pick the other tool than switch and be disappointed.
How current are they?
They reflect each vendor’s public pages at the time of writing. Products change. If something here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
What if the tool I use is not listed?
Ask us. If it is a channel, a helpdesk or an automation tool, we have almost certainly been compared to it, and we will tell you honestly whether switching is worth it.
Can I run Joe alongside what I already have?
Yes, and it is usually the sensible way to start. Point one channel at Joe, leave the rest where they are, and compare the replies for a week before moving anything else.
