Channels

Wherever your customers write, Joe is already there

Twelve channels, one assistant. You describe your business once and Joe answers the same way everywhere — same prices, same policies, same escalation rules. Connecting a channel takes an authorisation, not a setup.

AI phone assistant

Joe picks up on a real local number, day or night, and handles the call the way your best receptionist would. No hold music, no voicemail, no "sorry, we were closed".

WhatsApp

No "press 1 for opening hours". Joe reads what the customer wrote, answers the whole message, and books, quotes or refunds inside the same thread.

Instagram

The reel does the work, then the DMs pile up for three days. Joe answers each one in seconds, qualifies the buyer, and books them in.

SMS

The channel everyone reads. Joe sends the confirmation, chases the no-shows, and handles the "can we move it to Friday?" reply without anyone touching a phone.

YouTube

A video keeps selling for months, and the questions under it keep arriving for months. Joe answers each one, in the language it was written in, and moves the buyers into a booking.

Channel questions

Do I have to set Joe up separately for each channel?

No. You describe your business once. Connecting a channel is an authorisation step — the knowledge, tone and escalation rules are already there and apply everywhere.

Does he answer the same way on every channel?

Same facts, same rules, different register. A phone call is not written like an Instagram DM, and Joe adjusts length and formality to the channel while the substance stays identical.

What if a customer moves from one channel to another?

The conversation follows them. Joe recognises the contact and picks up from what already happened rather than starting again, and the whole history sits in one thread in the inbox.

Can I turn a channel off?

At any time, from the workspace. Turning a channel off stops Joe answering there immediately; it does not affect the others.

Which channels cost more to run?

Credits are consumed by volume and type: one credit per message or email, three per SMS, ten per minute of call. So a voice-heavy mix costs more than a chat-heavy one at the same conversation count.
